Customer Service Manager / Medical Equipment Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage

  medical equipment service requests

  , including

  emergency breakdown calls

• Attend

  customer calls at any time

  , including beyond regular working hours, without service delays
• Ensure

  on-time service support

  by coordinating with service engineers and internal teams
• Maintain service logs, call records, complaint registers, and follow-up reports
• Act as a single point of contact between

  customers, service engineers, and management

• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure

  quick resolution

• Monitor service turnaround time (TAT) and improve customer satisfaction
• Provide regular updates to customers on service status
• Support preventive maintenance scheduling and service planning
• Maintain proper documentation related to service contracts and service reports

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience

  in customer service or service coordination (medical equipment industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of

  medical equipment service coordination

• Experience in handling

  emergency service support

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple service calls
• Willingness to attend calls

  anytime as per service requirements

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, emails, and basic service documentation
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
