As a Talent Acquisition Executive at our company, you will be responsible for planning, developing, managing, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies. Your expertise in end-to-end hiring, sustainable strategy building, and passion for recruiting top-tier talent will be invaluable to our team. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the HR Head to design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our hiring needs to attract exceptional candidates. - Craft captivating job descriptions and identify effective channels for maximum application, interview, and hire ratios while focusing on quality and culture fit. - Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. - Prioritize tasks based on business requirements. - Establish and cultivate a robust recruitment network. - Drive initiatives to enhance employer branding and position our organization as a preferred employer, attracting high-caliber talent. - Lead employee engagement programs to foster connections and inspire employees throughout the organization. **Requirements:** - Demonstrated experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter, or similar role (0.6 to 2 years in recruitment/talent acquisition). - Technical recruitment background is a plus. - Preference for candidates with an engineering background. - Proficiency in non-traditional sourcing methods. - Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as resume databases and portfolio sites.
