Growth Consultant - Customer Success

In this role, you will handle the end-to-end implementation of Bizom, a leading SaaS/cloud-based supply chain automation product for the FMCG industry. You will be responsible for understanding software architecture, configuring the product to meet customer requirements, working with master data, assisting with service requests, and troubleshooting data-related issues. Additionally, you will interact with clients, communicate their requirements to internal teams, provide technical assistance within SLA, help customers generate reports, and offer expertise on product usage. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong documentation skills, be computer and mobile-savvy with knowledge of MS Excel, have an understanding of the FMCG business model, and be willing to work in a high-pressure, fast-growing startup environment. Experience in SaaS product onboarding and support is an added advantage.
