Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end implementation of
Bizom
, a leading SaaS/cloud-based supply chain automation product for the FMCG industry. - Understand software architecture and configure the product to match customer requirements.
- Work with master data, assist with service requests, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Interact with clients and communicate their requirements to internal teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and provide technical assistance to clients within SLA.
- Help customers generate reports and offer thorough expertise on the product and its usage.
- Document client requirements and get sign-off.
- Conduct quality checks of deliverables and run UAT with the client, ensuring sign-off.
- Ensure user adoption post-go-live and share regular updates with the client.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong documentation skills.
- Computer and mobile-savvy with working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of the FMCG business model.
- Willingness and eagerness to work in a high-pressure, fast-growing startup environment.
- Experience in SaaS product onboarding and support is an added advantage.
