Growth Consultant - Customer Success

The role of Growth Consultant - Customer Success in this B2B setting with global clients involves leading the end-to-end implementation of a cloud-based SaaS product specifically designed for FMCG clients. Your responsibilities will include configuring the software to align with client requirements, managing master data, coordinating with internal teams, and facilitating client interactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, ensuring SLA compliance, generating reports, and offering guidance to clients on product usage. A fundamental understanding of FMCG operations is required, along with the ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing environments, and thrive in a fast-paced startup culture. Prior experience in SaaS onboarding would be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Noida. The role may involve working different shifts - day, morning, or night. Proficiency in English is required, and the work location is in person.
