Recruitment Specialist

You are a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Recruitment Specialist joining the talent acquisition team in Mohali. With 06-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, your proactive approach in sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring processes across various roles will be valuable. This position provides an excellent opportunity for you to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. - Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities. - Work on multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure timely closures. - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles. - Provide timely updates and reports to the recruitment manager. - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 06 -1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced corporate environment. - Good understanding of various job portals and sourcing techniques. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
