HR Executive (Recruitment)

As an HR Executive/Recruiter at the Import-Export Company Dealing in Machinery Products, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Sourcing candidates through job portals, referral sources, social networking, etc. - Shortlisting candidates based on the job requirements - Conducting telephonic interviews - Coordinating and scheduling interviews with respective departments - Working on selection criteria - Taking feedback after each interview and updating documents - Handling offer negotiations and letter processing - Overseeing the joining procedures - Managing exit formalities Qualifications Required: - A minimum of 1 year of work experience in HR recruitment field - Ability to independently manage recruitment and related operations - Experience in various selection processes - Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment activities including gathering requisitions, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, making offers, and onboarding Company Details: The Import-Export Company Dealing in Machinery Products is a limited company incorporated since 2005.
