Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets. * Develop detailed design plans, including layouts, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD and other design software. * Prepare comprehensive working drawings, including furniture layouts, electrical plans, and plumbing details. * Produce 3D visualizations and mood boards to help clients visualize the design. * Select and source appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings based on project requirements. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure the accurate implementation of designs. * Review and revise designs based on client feedback or on-site conditions. * Maintain detailed documentation, including BOQs, material lists, and project timelines.
