Sales Coordinator

About the Role

We are hiring a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with enquiry handling, client communication, follow-ups, and maintaining sales records.

This is an office-based coordination role with daily interaction with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle new enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
• Understand client requirements and share product catalogs, images, and company profile
• Assign enquiries to sales executives and track their site visits
• Maintain enquiry and follow-up trackers (Google Sheets / CRM)
• Assist in preparing quotations and sharing with clients
• Maintain shade card inflow/outflow and ensure timely recovery
• Coordinate daily with sales team for updates, photos, and visit reports
• Perform regular client follow-ups (1–3–5–7 day rule)
• Maintain accurate data entry and update CRM daily
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Director

Requirements

• Graduate (any stream)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination / admin / customer support
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Good command over WhatsApp, email, Excel, Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively
• Well-organized, disciplined, and responsible

Work Timings

Monday to Saturday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

(Office-based job in Lajpat Nagar)

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)

Performance incentive after 6 months
