Plant Human Resources Manager

As a Plant HR professional at Sun Chem India's Palghar plant, your role will involve managing HR operations with a focus on GMP practices and factory-level recruitment. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment for plant and manufacturing roles, including blue-collar, staff, and managerial positions. - Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs. - Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, databases, references, and social media. - Screening, evaluating, and shortlisting profiles to ensure the right fit. - Scheduling and coordinating interviews with line managers. - Managing candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience. - Maintaining and updating recruitment MIS reports and trackers. - Building a strong talent pipeline for future requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing/plant hiring. - Strong sourcing and headhunting skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities. - Ability to handle hiring independently and deliver within deadlines. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable mindset.
