Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Manesar for a Plant Human Resources Manager. The primary responsibilities include overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and training. The manager will ensure compliance with employment laws, develop and implement HR policies, and support team development. Additional duties involve managing payroll, employee relations, and fostering a safe, inclusive workplace for staff at all levels.

Qualifications

• Human Resource functions management, including Recruitment, Onboarding, and HR Policy implementation.
• Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Employee Relations skills.
• Experience in Compliance, Labor Laws, and ensuring workplace legal adherence.
• Payroll Management and Training & Development expertise.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in HR tools and management software is an advantage.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR roles within manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.

Organization Development, like Competency Mapping, Skill Development Centre, Potential Appraisal

Organizational Restructuring, Employee Communication

Time office function, Contractual manpower management

Statutory compliances

Resource & Facility Management

Employee & Admin Cost Control
