Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Balasinor. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, performance evaluation and management, compensation and benefits, and training and development programs. The HR Manager will ensure that the company's policies comply with relevant laws and regulations. The HR Manager will lead HR initiatives to create a positive and engaging work environment, as well as foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance evaluation and management
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to HR policies
• Experience in compensation and benefits administration, and training and development programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with employees at all levels
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Professional certification in Human Resources is a plus
• Prior experience in the explosives or mining industry is a plus
