Plant Human Resources Manager

Role Overview: As an HR/IR Manager at IPL Biologicals" Plant Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR and IR strategies to ensure smooth operations and compliance with labor laws. With your strong background in HR and IR, you will be responsible for managing employee relations and overseeing the overall administration activities of the unit. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely and adequate labor supply to all divisions, including induction, onboarding, and filling of vacancies in coordination with the Recruitment team. - Conduct daily shop floor visits to monitor compliance with policies and processes, and track adherence to minimum wages and labor laws such as PF, ESIC, LWF, insurances, claims, licenses, etc. - Provide detailed HR and departmental induction to new employees, including opening bank accounts, issuing ID cards, arranging seating, and sending out appointment letters. - Prepare and provide regular manpower supply MIS and cost MIS on manpower and administration to the Head Office, ensuring timely budget working on manpower and administration. Qualifications: - Proficiency in manpower compliances, HR practices, labor laws, and IR actions in a factory setup.
