Plant Human Resources Manager

🧑 🤝 🧑 HR Operations & Administration

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation

• Oversee attendance, leaves, shift schedules, and time office

• Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing

🛠 Plant Manpower Management

• Coordinate with production teams for manpower planning and deployment

• Manage contract labor (liaise with contractors, maintain registers)

• Ensure smooth shift operations and workforce discipline

⚖ Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws: Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc.

• Maintain statutory registers, returns, and documentation

• Handle factory inspections and audits (internal/external)

🗣 Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as point of contact for grievance handling and conflict resolution

• Foster a positive industrial relations climate at the plant

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare programs

📢 Recruitment & Training

• Support recruitment of plant-level staff, operators, and blue-collar workforce

• Organize induction and onboarding programs

• Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs

🧾 Audit & Reporting

• Prepare HR MIS reports: attrition, headcount, leave, etc.

• Assist in ISO / HR / statutory audits
