Plant Human Resources Manager

Job Description: As the Plant HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role as a strategic partner to the plant management team. Your primary focus will be to provide HR support and guidance to enhance business performance, boost employee engagement, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Your responsibilities will include aligning HR initiatives with the plant's operational objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with plant leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that align with operational goals. - Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce. - Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain a healthy work environment. - Support and coach managers in performance appraisals, goal setting, and employee development plans. - Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities. - Provide guidance on compensation policies, benefits administration, and reward programs. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations at the plant level. - Monitor and report on key HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and productivity. - Facilitate organizational changes and support cultural transformation initiatives. - Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity. - Partner with plant management to uphold workplace safety standards and practices. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred) - Minimum 4 years experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in manufacturing/plant operations - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to influence and partner with senior management - Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations - Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications,
