Job Title: Manager-Sales and Marketing Company: Dyna-K Automotive Stampings Private Limited Location: J6 & J 450 , M.I.D.C. Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra, India About Us: Dyna-K is a leading manufacturer of high-quality, precision sheet metal stamped components. With 40 years of experience, we specialize in delivering custom solutions to a diverse range of applications in the automotive components industry. Our Products find applications in Braking, Turbocharging, Engines, Passive safety, Exhaust & Emission technologies. Our customers are leading players in the automotive Industry like, Bosch, Cummns,Continental, Brakes India, Inteva. We export 50% of our components to customer locations ins USA, UK with warehousing in these locations for Just in time supplies to customers. We operate on a SAP environment and are also accredited with IATF 16949 & EMS 14001 through DQS & TUV Nord respectively. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Lead to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong customer relationships, and leading a small team (if applicable, or building one in the future). This role requires a deep understanding of the sheet metal stamping industry, strong technical aptitude, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for sheet metal stamped components. Identify and target new business opportunities within existing and emerging industries Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., R&D, Procurement, Engineering). Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective and existing clients. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports for management. Create Annual Operating Plans along with Top Line revenue, Profitability and Capacity analysis along with Next 3-4 years Long term business planning. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's capabilities. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Marketing & Brand Building: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Manage and optimize the company's digital presence (website, social media platforms like LinkedIn). Develop and maintain a strong understanding of product specifications, manufacturing processes, and quality standards relevant to sheet metal stamping. Team Leadership & Collaboration : Foster a collaborative environment between sales, marketing, engineering, and production teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 10-12 Years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with a significant portion specifically in the sheet metal stamping. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong technical understanding of sheet metal stamping processes, materials (e.g., Stainless steel, aluminium), tooling, and quality standards (e.g., ISO/TS, IATF). Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in SAP/SupplyOn. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales performance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel frequently within Maharashtra and other parts of India as required. Preferred Skills: Experience with CAD/CAM software understanding (to converse effectively with engineering teams). Knowledge of export/international sales procedures.
