Engineer-Sales & Marketing

Role Overview: You will be employed as a full-time Engineer-Sales & Marketing at Dyna-K Automotive Stampings Pvt. Ltd. in Pune. Your main responsibilities will involve client consultation, technical sales, business development, techno-commercial offerings, internal liaison, project management, and market research & strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Visit potential and existing clients to understand their technical requirements for stamped components by interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and material specifications. - Identify and onboard new clients for the company. - Prepare detailed quotations and cost breakdowns based on tooling, material, production processes, and quality control requirements. Negotiate pricing and project timelines. - Collaborate with in-house design, tooling, and production teams to ensure customer needs are met. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities. Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance revenue growth and brand reputation. Qualification Required: - Technical knowledge of precision metal stamping/pressing processes, press tools, dies, and related machinery. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and familiarity with quality standards. - Proven experience in technical sales/marketing, strong negotiation, costing, and project management skills. Experience with Excel & SAP. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, self-motivated, target-oriented, and willingness to travel frequently.
