Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for sheet metal stamped components.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within existing and emerging industries
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., R&D, Procurement, Engineering).
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports for management.
  • Create Annual Operating Plans along with Top Line revenue, Profitability and Capacity analysis along with Next 3-4 years Long term business planning.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's capabilities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Marketing & Brand Building:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Manage and optimize the company's digital presence (website, social media platforms like LinkedIn).
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of product specifications, manufacturing processes, and quality standards relevant to sheet metal stamping.

Team Leadership & Collaboration :

  • Foster a collaborative environment between sales, marketing, engineering, and production teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10-12 Years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with a significant portion specifically in the sheet metal stamping.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of sheet metal stamping processes, materials (e.g., Stainless steel, aluminium), tooling, and quality standards (e.g., ISO/TS, IATF).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP/SupplyOn.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales performance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Maharashtra and other parts of India as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CAD/CAM software understanding (to converse effectively with engineering teams).
  • Knowledge of export/international sales procedures.
