Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage mold manufacturing machinery and tool room equipment Ensure accurate and high-quality production of molds, dies, jigs, and fixtures Perform mold maintenance , polishing , and fitment activities Troubleshoot issues related to mold performance and take corrective actions Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to resolve tooling-related concerns Maintain documentation related to tool changes, maintenance logs, and revisions Adhere to safety and quality standard in all tool room processes Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling and machining processes Candidate Requirements: Diploma in Tool & Die Making from CIPET, NTTF, GTTC, KTTC, or similar institutions 23 years of experience in mold/tool manufacturing environment Good understanding of mold manufacturing processes , machining operations, and mold components Ability to operate conventional and CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning, grinding, EDM) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication and collaboration skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Knowledge of all type die maintenance running on above automated lines. Responsible to maintain the dies assigned to him. Handling of Emergency breakdown of all type of dies (E.g. Draw, Trim, Blank, Pierce form etc.) Knowledge of preventive maintenance of dies. Services, maintains, and test new or changed dies. Trouble shooting of dies during production support of the plant automated production lines like Transfer, Tandem & progressive tools. Break down maintenance of dies in house. Coordination with Tool Room supervisor from time to time. Knowledge of Tool try out & proved the components. Knowledge of welding related to press tool. Knowledge & hands on of Conventional M/c. like milling, drilling, surface grinding welding, Lathe, Shearing machine. Knowledge of Kaizen. Knowledge of 5s. Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on all tooling and fills out the pm sheet. Operates a variety of small machines, tools and equipment. Verifies conformance of machined or repaired dies to specifications by checking dimensions, clearances and alignments. Modifies dies and tooling to conform to engineering changes. Tryout of new die sets and tooling. Maintain good housekeeping practices. Perform all other duties as required Qualifications : 4 years Diploma in tool & die making Knowledge of Press tool Operations.
