JD -1. Employee Engagement & Welfare

Implement engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.

Address employee grievances, counseling, and conflict resolution.

Drive welfare activities (canteen, transportation, health check-ups, etc.).

2. Training & Development

Identify skill gaps and organize training programs for staff and workers.

Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

3. Industrial Relations (IR)

Maintain cordial relations with workers, unions (if applicable), and contractors.

Handle disciplinary actions, notices, and grievances in line with labor laws.

Support smooth functioning of works committees and employee councils.

4. Statutory Compliance & HR Operations

Ensure adherence to labor laws (Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESIC, PF, etc.).

Coordinate with statutory bodies and ensure timely submission of reports.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.

5. Performance Management

Support the PMS cycle (goal setting, mid-year review, annual appraisal).

Assist managers in identifying high performers and improvement areas.

6. HR Policy Implementation

Roll out corporate HR policies at plant level.

Ensure discipline, code of conduct, and ethical practices.
