• SPOC for all Govt inspection and audit
• HR Legal Compliance
• Responsible for IR matters
• Employee Relations
• Employee Health & Wellness
• Workforce Administration
• Employee Database Management
• Employee Life Cycle Management (Hire to Retire)
• Query Handling/ Grievance Resolution
• Contract Labor Management
• General Administration
• Unit Upkeep and Maintenance
• AMCs for all utilities.
• Overall supervision and monitoring of adherence of workplace policies & practices
• Monthly MIS.

Qualifications

MBA or Post Graduation in related field
