Plant Human Resources Manager

As a Plant HR Manager at a Jewellery Manufacturing Co., your role will involve overseeing HR operations for 2 factories in Kandeveli, Mumbai. You will report to the Corporate HR Head and lead a team of 4 HR Executives. Your responsibilities will include: - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: - Manage recruitment for various plant-level positions. - Coordinate with corporate HR for workforce planning. - Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires. - Industrial Relations & Compliance: - Maintain positive employee relations, especially with contract labour and artisans. - Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory regulations. - Employee Engagement & Welfare: - Drive engagement initiatives for factory workers. - Address employee grievances and conduct feedback sessions. - Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values. - Performance Management: - Implement performance appraisal systems for plant employees. - Identify training needs and skill gaps in collaboration with line managers. - Training & Development: - Organize job-specific training and safety sessions regularly. - HR Operations & Administration: - Maintain HRMIS and employee records. - Generate HR reports for management. - Plant Discipline: - Oversee plant housekeeping, security, and disciplinary issues. Qualifications & Experience: - MBA/PG in Human Resources or related field. - 10-20 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing. - Strong knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance in Maharashtra. Skills Required: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. - Strong organizational and people management capabilities. - Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.,
