Job Purpose Roles & Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing:  OverseetheBlueCollar recruitment.  Coordinate with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and build a robust recruitment pipeline.  Manageonboardingandorientation of newhires, ensuring smooth integration into the plant operations Training & Development:  Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for employees. Employee Relations:  Addressgrievances and ensure timely resolution of employee issues.  Actasabridge betweenemployeesand management to maintain a positive work environment.  Managedisciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and employee counseling as required. HROperations:  Overseedaily HR operations, including attendance management, leave administration, and payroll support.  Maintainaccurate HR records. Labor Laws & Compliance:  Ensurecompliance with local labor laws and regulations.  Manageplant-specific HR policies and procedures, including safety protocols, and update them as per legal requirements. Performance Management:  Assistinimplementingtheperformancemanagementsystem.  Facilitateannualperformanceappraisals,feedbacksessions,andactionplanningfor employeedevelopment. Health,Safety&Welfare:  Ensurethatallplantemployeesfollowhealthandsafetyprotocols. HRMetrics&Reporting:  PrepareandsubmitregularreportsonHRmetrics.  AnalyzeHRdatatosupportdecision-makingandimproveplantproductivity. Qualifications:  Atleast5-8yearswithinamanufacturing/Plantexperience  StrongknowledgeofHROperations.  Excellentcommunication,interpersonal,andproblem-solvingskills.  ProficiencyinHRIS(HumanResourcesInformationSystems)andMSOffice applications.  Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedanddynamicplantenvironment
