Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Human Resources Manager located in Kosi, Marhura, U.P. The Plant Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR activities, including employee recruitment, development, and retention, while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, handling performance management processes, and collaborating with leadership to optimize workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include managing payroll, training, employee engagement initiatives, and fostering a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR management functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience with labor law compliance, workplace safety, and HR policy implementation.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and systems, including payroll management tools.
  • Ability to manage and engage teams effectively in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or renewable energy sectors, is highly advantageous.
