Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mathura. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, and overseeing employee relations. Daily tasks will include policy development, performance management, training and development, compliance with legal requirements, and fostering a positive work environment. The role also involves handling employee benefits and compensation and promoting corporate values to ensure a motivated and productive workforce.

Qualifications & Criteria

• Experience in recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, performance management, and employee relations
• Ability to develop and implement training and development programs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of labor laws and compliance with legal requirements
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Experience in the manufacturing or renewable energy industry is a plus
