HR and Admin Executive

Job Description: As an HR and Admin Executive at Alpex Solar Limited, you will be responsible for day-to-day human resources management, HR operations, and employee relations. Your main responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Handling international and domestic air travel bookings - Coordinating end-to-end visa application processes and follow-ups with embassies - Preparing and managing invitation letters for foreign nationals - Maintaining travel itineraries and ensuring timely travel arrangements for staff and guests - Supporting HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee record management - Assisting in office administration, vendor coordination, and other admin activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in travel bookings, visa processes, and admin roles - Strong coordination and follow-up skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Additional Company Details: Alpex Solar Limited, established in 1997, is a global leader in manufacturing high-power photovoltaic modules.
