HR and Admin Executive

Female Human Resources (HR)

• Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
• Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Assist in performance appraisal coordination and employee engagement activities
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal regulations

Administration

• Manage office administration, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
• Support management with reports, presentations, and administrative tasks
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized office environment

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles (freshers may apply if specified)
• Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and office administration
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
