About the Role

SKL Design Studio is seeking a highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, supporting the sales process, managing HR tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning.

This role demands strong communication skills, professional conduct, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

HR & Marketing Support

1-     Manage hiring processes including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records.

2-     Support HR functions such as on-boarding, attendance management, and personnel administration.

3-     Manage customer/lead communication through official WhatsApp channels and emails.

4-     Assist the marketing team with general online tasks and data management.


Office Administration & Management

1-     Handle clerical duties such as preparing documents, data entry, vendor files, job files, and other operational files.

2-     Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and overall office upkeep.

3-     Oversee facility management and ensure smooth office operations.

4-     Handle special projects and ad hoc tasks assigned by leadership.


Required Skills

1-     Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

2-     Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

3-     Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.

4-     Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

5-     Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

6-     Detail-oriented with high accuracy.

7-     Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools (preferred).


Eligibility Criteria

1-     Post-graduation in Business Admin, HR or related field.

2-     Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, administration, or similar roles.

3-     Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Whatsapp Web, Google Docs and emailing.

4-     Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
