Job Description: You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR and administrative work, including recruitment, coordination, and basic documentation tasks. Your role will involve staying in touch with candidates and companies to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Employee recruitment and screening - Manpower solution support and follow-ups - Preparing and managing documentation - Consulting and guiding candidates for enrolment - Counselling applicants during the selection process - Coordination and collaboration with partner companies - Assisting in general HR and administrative tasks Qualification Required: - Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream - Preferred: BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA (HR) or related fields - Basic computer knowledge is required Additional Details: The company values good communication skills, basic understanding of HR work, ability to maintain records and handle documents, and comfort in interacting with candidates and company teams.,
