Job Description – Business Development Head (Hospitality) Position Title: Business Development Head (BDH) Location: Mumbai/ Valsad Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Partner Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Head to spearhead growth initiatives across our hospitality portfolio. The role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in luxury hospitality, corporate partnerships, revenue management, and multi-property operations. The BDH will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term strategic alliances across B2B and B2C verticals. Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth & Strategy Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets across hospitality, F&B, and event verticals. Drive revenue acceleration through corporate alliances, MICE, destination weddings, and group bookings. Identify new growth opportunities including property expansions, franchise/lease models, and digital sales channels. Corporate Sales & Partnerships Build and manage long-term relationships with MNCs, corporate clients, and institutional partners. Lead enterprise account management, contract negotiations, and high-value deal closures. Achieve recurring occupancy and event utilization through corporate tie-ups. Digital & OTA Strategy Oversee online sales channels (Booking.com, Agoda, Go-MMT, etc.) and deploy dynamic pricing strategies to maximize ADR and occupancy. Drive digital and performance marketing campaigns to boost direct bookings and online visibility. Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Operations, F&B, Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver a seamless guest experience and maximize profitability. Ensure P&L ownership, cost optimization, and centralized procurement efficiencies. Implement guest journey personalization and NPS improvement strategies. Market Expansion & Brand Development Scout and secure opportunities for new property acquisitions and partnerships. Launch and scale F&B brands and experiential hospitality formats. Lead market-entry strategies for new geographies, both domestic and international. Key Requirements 8+ years of progressive experience in hospitality business development, luxury hotel sales, and multi-property leadership. Proven track record of scaling revenues, closing corporate contracts, and driving MICE/event sales. Strong exposure to digital revenue channels, OTA management, and performance marketing. Expertise in P&L management, deal structuring, and strategic partnerships. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams with strong communication and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food Technology, or Business (Master’s preferred).
