Manage room bookings, availability, and rate updates in the Property Management System (PMS). Coordinate with OTAs to maintain updated listings, offers, and promotions. Upsell room categories, packages, and special offers to maximize revenue. Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team on group bookings, corporate tie-ups, and MICE requirements. Ensure accuracy of booking confirmations and guest details. Liaise with the Front Office and Operations team in Valsad to ensure smooth check-ins and guest experience. Monitor reservation trends and provide inputs for improving occupancy and sales. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. 1–3 years of experience in reservations, front office, or OTA management (hospitality industry preferred). Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with PMS/CRS systems. Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
