HR and Admin Executive

As an HR & Admin Executive at Woods Hospitality, located in Chanvai, Valsad, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by supporting the growing operations through your people-oriented approach and administrative skills. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for staff concerns, collaborating with department heads and the General Manager for timely resolutions. - Manage attendance records, leave tracking, and maintain accurate employee data. - Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and documentation of employees. - Assist in performance management procedures and organize employee engagement activities. - Maintain HR records, employee files, and ensure compliance-related documentation is up to date. - Provide administrative support across departments to facilitate smooth operations. - Cultivate a positive work culture and remain approachable to all staff members. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 12 years of HR experience, with a preference for hospitality industry exposure. - Proficiency in MS Excel and other HR-related tools. - Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and adept problem-solving capabilities. - A people-oriented personality with a willingness to learn and develop. - Willingness to relocate to Valsad, Gujarat if not already residing nearby.
