We are now looking for a Reservations Executive based in Mumbai to strengthen our bookings and guest service experience.

Role Overview

The Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling guest booking requests, managing room inventory, coordinating with online travel agencies (OTAs), and ensuring a seamless reservation process that maximizes occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, or OTAs in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage room bookings, availability, and rate updates in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Coordinate with OTAs to maintain updated listings, offers, and promotions.
• Upsell room categories, packages, and special offers to maximize revenue.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team on group bookings, corporate tie-ups, and MICE requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of booking confirmations and guest details.
• Liaise with the Front Office and Operations team in Valsad to ensure smooth check-ins and guest experience.
• Monitor reservation trends and provide inputs for improving occupancy and sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in reservations, front office, or OTA management (hospitality industry preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with PMS/CRS systems.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
