Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR and Admin Executive to support our human resources and administrative functions. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Admin Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workplace.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Support travel and accommodation arrangements for employees.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with office administration policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in HR or administration (internship experience is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
