Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Plant Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, training, and development. The role also involves implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing performance appraisals, and handling employee grievances. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with the plant management team to cultivate a positive work environment and drive organizational goals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR managerial role
