Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a NPD (New Product Development) Executive at SUMINOE TEIJIN TECHNO KRISHNA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. The role is based in Manesar. The NPD Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development of new automotive fabric products. This includes coordinating with various teams, conducting market research, prototyping, testing, and ensuring that products meet client specifications and quality standards. The NPD Executive will play a crucial role in driving innovation and maintaining the company's competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications

• Experience in New Product Development (NPD) in Automotive Textile Fabrics
• Strong knowledge about fabrics analysis, making documents of PPAP, PFMA, APQP
• Ability to prototype and test new products effectively as per OEM Spec Like MSIL SES Spec, Honda HES Spec, & Testing Knowledge,
• Knowledge of automotive fabric materials and production processes
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities both internal and external stake holders
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• Relevant educational background in textiles, especially B.Tech Textile
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is compulsory
• Ability to work on-site in Manesar
