As a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive at Mindarray Systems Pvt. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct technical hirings with 1 to 2 years of experience (SAAS hiring preferred) - Manage end-to-end recruitment process from JD drafting to job offer roll outs - Utilize strong communication skills to engage with candidates effectively - Implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent - Handle campus recruitment activities - Showcase excellent organizing and documentation skills - Demonstrate expert negotiation and closure skills - Thrive in a fast-paced work environment Qualifications Required: - 1 to 2 years of experience in Technical Hirings, with a preference for SAAS hiring background - Proficient in end-to-end recruitment processes - Strong communication skills - Prior experience in Employer Branding - Familiarity with Campus Recruitment - Excellent organizing and documentation abilities - Skilled in negotiation and closure - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Please note that this is a full-time on-site role based in Thaltej, Ahmedabad.,
