Performance Marketer / Digital Marketer

Job Title: Performance Marketer / Digital Marketer Location: AhemdabadExperience: 5–8 years Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Manager Role Overview: We are seeking a Performance Marketer / Digital Marketer who thrives on numbers, growth hacks, and performance-driven campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our inbound pipeline through digital channels and driving qualified leads for our enterprise-grade IT Ops and observability solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Strategize, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms. • Own and manage digital campaign KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC and lead quality. • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to create ad copies, landing pages, and lead magnets. • Run account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to target high-value IT decision-makers. • Leverage Google Analytics, GTM, and CRM platforms to track user journeys and measure campaign effectiveness. • Analyze funnel metrics, generate insights, and build data-backed growth experiments. • Stay up to date with trends in B2B tech marketing and suggest new performance channels or tools. • Manage marketing automation and lead nurture journeys to boost conversion. Requirements: • 5–8 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably in B2B tech/SaaS or IT infrastructure domain. • Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, ZOHO (or similar). • Familiarity with IT monitoring, AIOps, observability, or enterprise tech audiences is a strong plus. • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate campaign data into insights and actions. • Experience in landing page testing (A/B), retargeting strategies, and email marketing funnels. • Excellent communication and project management skills.
