Channel Development Executive

Motadata is seeking a dynamic and proactive Channel Development Executive (International) to join our Partnerships team. This role is key to driving global growth by identifying and onboarding strategic partners to resell or distribute our AI-powered IT operations and service management solutions. Motadata’s unified AIOps and ServiceOps platform helps Enterprises, Governments, and Telecoms in 25+ countries enhance IT efficiency, observability, and automation. As a Channel Development Executive, you represent the face of Motadata —building trusted relationships with partners, driving collaboration, and expanding our global presence. Responsibilities Partner Identification & Qualification: Identify potential resellers and distributors globally through LinkedIn, and other channels. Qualify prospects based on alignment with Motadata’s offerings and partnership goals. Partnership Engagement: Introduce Motadata to prospects, present our product portfolio (AIOps & ServiceOps), and understand the partner's business model. Share and explain the Partner Experience Guide to ensure clarity on the engagement model. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Legal, Sales, Trainer and Marketing) for demos, documentation and agreement finalization. Ensure smooth handover to the channel marketing team post-signing for go-to-market activities. Follow-up & Relationship Building: Follow up consistently to drive conversations forward and close partnerships. Conduct monthly or quarterly engagement calls to build and maintain strong partner relationships. Qualifications 0 – 1 years of experience in partner development, or B2B business development (IT industry preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with international stakeholders. Proficiency with LinkedIn and partner discovery tools (Apollo, Lusha, etc.) is a plus.
