Job Description

• Identify and onboard new Channel Partners (CP’s) including but not limited to on boarding Dealers / Distributors in Building materials, Engineer, Architect, Real Estate Agents or Contractors.  • Generate profitable New Sales via Channel Partners by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals as required to meet the accepted sales targets within the time frame.   • Provide support and coordinate with CP’s to ensure success • Manage the performance of existing CP’s, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue • Develop and maintain strong relationships with CP’s and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions • Create and manage channel partners budgets and forecasts
