Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new Channel Partners (CPs) including but not limited to on boarding Dealers / Distributors in Building materials, Engineer, Architect, Real Estate Agents and Contractors.

Generate profitable New Sales via Channel Partners by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals as required to meet the accepted sales targets within the time frame.
Provide support and coordinate with CPs to ensure success
Manage the performance of existing CPs, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts
Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
Create and manage channel partners budgets and forecasts

Preferred candidate profile

Business Degree /Engineer / Graduate / Diploma or equivalent OR Proven experience & Track Record
Strong Communication skills in English & Local Languages.
Minimum 3-5 years Experience in Construction related industry or equivalent
Must own Vehicle with a valid driving license
Willingness to engage in cold calling with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Age not more than 45 years
Computer literate, particularly MS Office
