Weekly/Fortnightly calls to customers. Understand Customer Requirements. Build Rapport with Customers. Update/collect feedback from customers on the ongoing services. Coordinating with Internal Team for services to customers. Handling Escalations. Manage end to end responsibility of handling requests of customers assigned to you.
Act as the main point of contact for major clients. Understand client needs and ensure timely service delivery Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations Qualifications: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field 1+ years of experience in key account or client management Excellent communication, relationship, and problem-solving skills Strong customer focus and organizational ability
Should have knowledge in All types of Insurance 1+ year of experience in sales of Insurance Should follow-up with customers Achieve Revenue target
