About the Role:

We re looking for a driven and detail-obsessed Key Account Manager to lead our growth on some of Indias largest marketplace. You ll own account growth, drive visibility, optimize performance levers, and ensure we stay ahead in a fast-moving, algorithm-led ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end business performance on growing pharma platforms like Tata 1MG, Pharmeasy, Apollo, Wellness Forever and others.

Drive topline growth by improving availability of stock, improving selection, managing channel promotion, visibility consumer experience.

Lead monthly/quarterly Joint Business Plans with channel category teams and channel partners

Unlock channel growth by liasoning with channel partners and identifying growth areas in category and on channel

Drive flawless execution during high-traffic sale events on channel

Own channel topline and control all related costs

What We re Looking For:

2 Years+ experience of account management in E-commerce or MT

Strong understanding of PL

Analytical mindset with solid command of Excel

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence category teams channel partners

Bias for action, accountability, and agility in a fast-paced environment
