Relevant FMCG planning experience of 3-4 years.

At TWT, we run projects that span across functions whether it s a new product launch, campaign, or infrastructure scale-up. These projects are internally referred to as

networks

, and are often complex, time-sensitive, and mission-critical.

The

Network Planner

will own the creation, tracking, and successful execution of these networks. This means:

Mapping every functions responsibilities into clear, sequenced activities

Identifying interdependencies and potential bottlenecks

Continuously tracking the health of networks and proactively resolving delays by collaborating with owners

Playing the role of a project guardian bringing structure, pace, and accountability

This role is at the intersection of planning, operations, and program management. It is ideal for someone who loves solving puzzles, thrives on coordination, and can bring clarity to chaos.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage project networks in Excel or MS Projects
Build and maintain Gantt charts, timelines, and Critical Path Analyses (CPA)
Track dependencies, float/slack, and flag bottlenecks early
Lead status reviews, stakeholder communication, and change tracking
Conduct delay impact analyses and develop recovery plans
Monitor risks and work cross-functionally to mitigate them

Highly disciplined and detail-oriented, with a knack for spotting patterns
Comfortable working across teams and levels people find it easy to work with you
Proactive, structured thinker who enjoys creating order from ambiguity

Qualifications Skills:

Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Microsoft Projects is a plus
Project planning, tracking, and delay management experience
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Bonus: MBA in Supply Chain Management
