Project Manager

Purpose/Objective

Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring quality standards and project requirements are met. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing resources and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards and project requirements. Project Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budget, and resource allocation. Budget Management: Ensure effective resource utilization and manage project budgets to achieve cost efficiency. Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to ensure success. Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and senior management. Stakeholder Management: Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance project delivery. Project Closure & Handover: Oversee project completion and ensure a smooth handover to clients. Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company. Team Development: Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MEP Background) Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Management (preferred) Work Experience: 15-17 years of experience in end to end project management life cycle within the Data Centres industry or in similar industry
