Job Title: Senior Manager
Location: Kolkata
Salary Range: 6 7 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager Diagnostics to lead and oversee the diagnostic operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, quality improvements, and CSR initiatives while leading a skilled team of professionals and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day diagnostic operations to ensure smooth workflow, accuracy, and timely delivery of services.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of diagnostic professionals, fostering a culture of performance excellence and accountability.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Implement and monitor quality control systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards (eg, NABL, NABH).
Strategic Planning & CSR Initiatives:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance diagnostic services, improve patient experience, and manage CSR-related projects effectively.
Collaboration & Communication:
Coordinate with clinicians, healthcare staff, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor KPIs and service metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective measures to optimize performance.
Financial & Budget Management:
Prepare and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource utilization.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. (masters degree preferred but not mandatory.)
Experience:
Minimum 5 7 years of experience in diagnostic services, with demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications (eg, NABL, ARRT) will be an added advantage.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Sound knowledge of diagnostic operations, quality standards, and healthcare regulations
