• Strategize, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms. 
• Manage & optimize KPIs:

  CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC & lead quality

• Collaborate with content & product marketing on ad creatives & landing pages
• Run

  ABM campaigns

  to target enterprise IT decision-makers
• Leverage

  Google Analytics, GTM & CRM

  for tracking & insights
• Experiment with

  growth strategies, retargeting & nurture funnels

• 5–8 years

  in performance/digital marketing (B2B Tech / SaaS / IT Infra preferred)
• Hands-on expertise in

  Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA, GTM, Zoho (or similar)

• Strong

  analytical mindset

  & data-driven decision-making
• Experience with

  A/B testing, automation, and email marketing funnels

• Bonus: Exposure to

  IT monitoring, AIOps, or observability
