As an HR Recruiter at our company, your role will involve end-to-end recruitment processes including non-tech and tech hiring. Your responsibilities will range from sourcing suitable candidates to their onboarding, all while maintaining a data-driven approach. You will play a crucial role in fulfilling the staffing needs of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes - Handle both non-tech and tech hiring - Source potential candidates - Onboard new hires - Utilize a data-driven approach to recruitment Qualifications Required: - Minimum degree qualification - Good communication skills Please note that the company is looking for female candidates below the age of 28 years to fill this position. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of total work experience, with full-time corporate experience. It is essential that candidates do not have a gap in their employment history of more than 6 months without proper justification.
