Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Sourcing: Use job portals, social media, and networking to source candidates for various roles.

- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.

- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Candidate Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer letters, etc.

- HR Documentation: Assist in managing employee records, documentation, and HR compliance.

- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and potential future hires.

- Team Support: Provide general HR support to senior HR professionals and managers as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Education: Graduate/ Diploma in HR, Management, or related field)

Experience:

- Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior internship or experience in HR recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.

- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn HR tools and systems.

- Attention to Detail: Ability to organize and maintain records accurately.

- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
