In this role, you will support our recruitment team in sourcing candidates and ensuring a seamless hiring process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update our candidate database and recruitment software.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and professionalism.
