Job Summary:

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications
  
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media
  
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
  
• Conduct initial HR telephonic and/or video interviews
  
• Schedule interviews with clients and coordinate end-to-end interview processes
  
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure smooth closures
  
• Maintain and update the recruitment database
  
• Build strong relationships with candidates and contribute to a talent pipeline
  
• Prepare weekly reports and updates on hiring progress
  

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize requirements
  
• Good knowledge of sourcing tools and resume databases (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  
• Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and hiring trends
  
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and email writing
  
• A proactive, target-driven mindset
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field (HR, Business Management preferred)
  
• 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience (agency or consultancy preferred)
  
• Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn may also apply
